Think big Move fast
We focus on what
truly matters.
8020 is named after the Pareto Principle (also known as the 80/20 rule.)
We don’t see it as a shortcut or a productivity trick. We see it as a reminder that outcomes are driven by a small number of decisions — and that the hardest part of good work is knowing which ones matter.

Who we are
8020 is a strategy, design, and Webflow studio. Every day, brands around the world trust us to design, develop, and launch some of the internet’s most ambitious websites.

As one of Webflow’s first five Enterprise Partners, we’ve been helping shape best practices from the very beginning. That early foundation continues to guide our work today, keeping us at the forefront of what’s possible with Webflow.
Behind the work is a global team united by a simple belief: small, highly specialized groups achieve the best results. This model keeps us nimble, gives clients a clear point of contact, and ensures every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Our vision
We bring clarity to complex decisions, communicate relentlessly, and make the process of building a website feel surprisingly delightful.
Our mission is to be the most trusted and innovative Webflow studio in the world.

Values we stand by
Great work doesn’t happen by accident. At 8020, we see ourselves as craftsmen — treating every project as a practice in precision, creativity, and intention. It’s not about rushing to the finish line, but about building something that lasts, down to the smallest detail.
We show up as real people, not polished personas. We’re honest about what we know, open when we don’t, and grounded in respect. We aim to build real trust — the kind that comes from consistency, humility, and actually giving a damn.
We don’t do rigid. Every project requires a different shape — and we adjust accordingly. We think flexibly, work fluidly, and pivot when needed.
No bullshit, no buzzwords, no jargon. We keep things clear — in how we communicate, how we build, and how we work. That means clean code, thoughtful process and workflows that make sense.
At our heart, we believe in putting people over profits. Sure, we understand that making money is important, but we're not willing to compromise the quality of our work chasing dollar signs.
This one is simple but critical: we just try to be good to the people we do business with, our employees, and anyone we interact with in general. If we mess up, we just admit to it and fix it.
We don’t work with egos. Life’s too short to spend it with people who don’t treat others with respect. We’ve learned from experience that great work only happens with good people.
Selected clients
We partner with a wide range of clients — from startups and fast-scaling teams refining their digital presence to billion-dollar enterprises building robust, future-ready solutions.
The faces behind the craft
What makes us proudest isn’t just the work we deliver — it’s the people behind it.
We’re a global team of designers, builders, and strategists who bring diverse perspectives, deep expertise, and a shared passion for creating meaningful digital experiences.

From component-first builds and CMS systems to pragmatic design handoffs and QA checklists, Alex thrives on creating order out of complexity. He’s also known for being a clear communicator, breaking down options and trade-offs so clients always feel confident about the next step.
Outside of work, Alex geeks out on history and diplomacy, often volunteering his time to projects that connect people and ideas.
Fun fact: He loves flags and maps — and can recognize almost any flag or country shape on sight. Go ahead, test him!

She can build a project timeline faster than most people can make a grocery list — and actually stick to it. With a BS in Food Science, an MBA under her belt, and a Master’s in Digital Marketing currently in the works, Nicole blends structure with creativity in every project she touches. Delegation, follow-up, collaboration — she makes it all look effortless, while keeping teams moving toward the finish line.
Nicole (better known as Nico) brings an achievement-oriented energy paired with an eye for detail that ensures nothing slips through the cracks. Outside of work, you’ll find her walking, thrifting, or exploring a new city one wine bar at a time. She’s equally at home cooking a new recipe or diving into a video game.
Fun fact: She’d love to be a vegetarian… if only seafood didn’t taste so good.

Natalia studied Educational Psychology before earning her Master of Education from the University of Wellington in New Zealand — a background that gives her a unique lens on how people and teams work best together. She holds an MBA from Curtin University in Australia and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Catholic University in Argentina, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Ana specializes in financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and navigating accounting standards with precision and confidence.

She has a knack for spotting the tiny details that make big projects run smoothly — and making sure no one ever feels out of the loop along the way. With a background in International Relations and a love for cultures and languages, Michelle brings a global perspective to every project she helps coordinate.
Michelle keeps teams aligned and communication flowing, but her creativity doesn’t stop at work. You’ll find her at the piano, sketchbook in hand, or catching up with friends around the world. Chikezie studied at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and has grown into a technically talented Webflow developer known for building pixel-perfect sites that look exactly as designed. With a sharp eye for detail and a natural problem-solving streak, he thrives on solving tricky build challenges and makes complex development look effortless.
From responsive layouts to scalable structures, he’s the kind of developer who ensures every project feels solid under the hood and seamless on the surface. When he’s not shipping clean builds, you’ll probably find him trying not to lose too badly on FIFA, or out on a trail getting some fresh air.

Afrian has a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Telkom University, but his real superpower is making digital products feel effortless to use. Outside of work, Afrian is a slow traveler at heart. He loves soaking in the culture, people, and architecture of every new place — and you’ll almost always find him wandering through traditional markets or the city plaza to get a true feel for the vibe. It’s just his element.
Fun fact: He swears you can learn more about a city from its local market than from any guidebook.

Pasha studied Multimedia in Prague before deciding uni had run out of interesting subjects — but that design background stuck, and now it’s one of his biggest strengths as a developer. He has a sharp eye for detail and makes sure every build matches Figma down to the pixel, with responsive layouts that just work. Add in clear communication (he’ll always keep you in the loop) and serious speed, and you’ve got a developer who makes projects move smoothly.
Outside of work, Pasha’s world revolves around cars — driving them, modifying them, and probably talking about them if you give him half a chance.
Fun fact: If it has cherries in it, chances are Pasha’s a fan.

Coco studied Advertising at USFQ in Ecuador, but swears by the only school that really matters: Webflow University. A fast and highly skilled Webflow developer, he’s known for building clean, scalable websites at speed — always with accessibility and client usability in mind. Anthony Grant (better known as Anfernee) has been building on the web for over a decade, turning ambitious ideas into digital experiences that actually mean something. Whether it’s shaping a brand system, setting design direction, or launching a fully interactive Webflow site, he thrives on bringing concepts to life in ways that feel both creative and seamless.
Outside of work, Anfernee is endlessly curious. He’s usually experimenting with creative code and AI, exploring Toronto’s vibrant culture with family and friends, or looking up at the stars to feed his love of astronomy.

Joanie has spent more than 20 years in agencies, so when it comes to getting projects across the finish line, she knows the playbook inside and out. An operations pro and content strategist, she believes that numbers matter — but so do instincts, collaboration, and the human side of work. Her sweet spot is building processes that balance business goals with team satisfaction, so companies can thrive long-term.
She takes pride in bringing positivity and leadership to every team she works with, translating big-picture visions into clear strategies and achievable KPIs. At heart, Joanie’s a project manager who loves a good spreadsheet, a stack of color-coded post-its, and the feeling of a team moving in sync.
Outside of work, you’ll most likely find her skiing down a mountain or biking up one — proof that she’s just as comfortable tackling challenges off the clock as she is on it.
Fun fact: If you hand her a messy process, she’ll see it as a puzzle — and she won’t stop until it clicks into place.

Matt Varughese studied Finance at the University of Oklahoma before carving out a career at the intersection of design, development, and business strategy. Today, he brings that same mix of creativity and business savvy to helping brands make the most of Webflow.
Outside of work, Matt’s a 20-something in constant discovery mode — a pilot-in-training, Spanish learner, a motorcycle rider, and someone always tinkering with new ideas in aviation.
Fun fact: Whether he’s in the cockpit or on two wheels, Matt’s happiest when he’s chasing big skies and open roads.

He once recorded 400 Looms in a single year — not because anyone asked, but because clear communication is kind of his thing. With a Bachelor’s in Economics, a Master’s in Information Technology, and 6+ years leading web projects, he makes complex timelines look simple and presentations feel effortless. He’s the kind of ClickUp and Airtable power user who can turn a tangle of tasks into a clear path forward.
Emmanuel (better known as Emm) somehow makes even the most complex projects feel like a walk in the park. When he’s not untangling timelines, you’ll find him on the volleyball court, sinking shots on the hardwood, or reminiscing about Prescott — the wienerdog legend (RIP) whose Zoom cameos will forever outshine the rest of us.
Fun fact: If you’re lucky, he’ll drop a freestyle between meetings — proof that project management doesn’t have to be boring.
