Profit matters, but people matter more. We grow smart, keep it real, and make sure the work is something we’re proud of (and have fun doing.)

If we see a problem, we don’t just walk past it. We roll up our sleeves and help solve it. We’re a team of builders, and builders fix what’s broken.
We keep it friendly, clear, and straight to the point. No jargon, no buzzwords — just open communication that makes working together simple and honest.
No jerks, suck-ups, toadies, psychopaths, narcissists, etc. We don't care how effective they are. Life is too short to deal with people we do not like (we have learned this from experience.)
